The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Good but PRICEY. 3 people was $292 plus a tip on top of that… One time experience for us. 🤷🏼‍♀️ FOOD WAS GOOD and atmosphere was great

Food was very good. It was noisy so it’s hard to have a conversation but the space it really nice. We will be back!

This is our third or fourth time going to Urban Stilhouse, and while I love the atmosphere and I really want the food to match, it’s just never been the case. The food is subpar especially for the price. Everytime we go, I’m hoping to have this amazing meal and it’s just never happened. Maybe my fault for loving the atmosphere so much!

A favorite in St Pete. Always great service. Noise level is a bit high but manageable. Food was very good but not the usual great.

Our first time and it was great! We sat the bar and it was beautiful. The Spinach & Gouda dip was 10/10, also loved the wagyu burger and chicken and waffles. All was amazing and will be back for brunch!

Great dinner from apps, to dinner and dessert. Cocktails were awesome. Bartenders great !! Everything has improved immensely since the beginning. Pleasantly surprising!!

Unfortunately, most of the food was terrible. We had the crudo, it was just OK. The sea-bass was dry and over cooked and tasteless. We couldn’t eat the octopus. However, the lamb and bison were pretty good. I will say the server was great, bad food is not their fault and the manager did the right thing. Sorry!!!

We had a reservation for 715, aaroived slightly earlier than that. The building is beautiful and ambiance was amazing. Unfortunately for the us the table we were seated after decided to just camp out and not move to a communal area to enjoy several after dinner beverages so we got sat after 8pm. The manager, host and wait staff were all very helpful and nice about the whole thing. We got comped some appetizers without even asking. The table had an assortment of dinner entrees, seabass looked amazing and was a very generous portion, lamb chops were perfection, and the demoninco steak did not disappoint. Two of our party did the flights and they enjoyed them. Overall a wonderful evening with great service from Rebekah and Sierra. These ladies were wonderful with recommendations and witty banter. We really enjoyed our night out. Will come again!
