    Brunch was great. Best sausage we have ever had! Only glitch was our coffee was never refilled but even that did not take away from an excellent meal.

    I had the Bison filet. Possibly the most tender meat I have ever been served anywhere. Well seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium rare. My wife chose the New York strip and it was just as good. Her meal came with steak fries which were equally as well prepared and served with a tasty special sauce. We shared a side of brussel sprouts. I had the old fashion and she the lavender bee's knees. We both had another. Ended the meal with a bourbon banana pudding that our server Vincent suggested. Service was excellent all around. Will definitely dine there again.

    Tori and the hostess...young girl great personality.... They were great! Food was delicious...I had seafood bucanti and husband had steak. Bees knees drink was perfect. The bar was a bit slow but we weren't in a hurry! Definitely going back.

    Really enjoyed our first meal at Urban Stillhouse. Food was great and well cooked. Quaint little place and beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back.

    Our server Nick was wonderful and the food excellent. The chef was wonderful came out to meet us.

    First of all The Urban Stillhouse is a BEAUTIFUL space, the colors and lighting are so pleasing to the eye and on trend. The drinks are wonderful! Food outstanding! Caesar salad is one of the best I’ve ever had. Must be that bacon fat!!

    Our first visit to Urban Stillhouse and went for lunch. Had the Brussels appetizer-outstanding! I chose the burger and fries. Cooked perfectly and flavor was excellent. Same for the crispy chicken sandwich my wife had. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Service was first class! We will definitely be back.

    We made a dinner reservation for 5 pm so we could get to the Master Musician performance just down the street. We were seated promptly and ordered nice cocktails. The place is beautifully decorated and it looks out over the fountain downtown. We ordered the special for the night which we were told was Alaskan wild salmon. It was served over wilted spinach and fingerling potatoes with a mustard sauce and was delicious. We also sampled the sourdough bread appetizer. Also good. No dessert this time, but we heard the waiter telling our neighbors about some beignets. Maybe next time we go back.

    The starters were good, but the seafood pasta main course was dry and bland. Over all not worth the price. Dress code was not followed which lent to the atmosphere being less upscale than desirable.

    So glad to have a new dining experience in Somerset! The restaurant is beautiful and very cozy. Our server Nick was outstanding. Food was delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly! Will definitely be back for dinner and will try brunch too!
