Best restaraunt in Somerset. Caesar salad and Stillhouse salad both unique and great. Bison filet was well worth trying. Great steak and frittes with a wonderful sauce on the steak. I could live off the dessert beignets! Will definitely be back! And soon!

We arrived at the Urban Stillhouse front door at 4:56 for our 5:00 reservation. The door was locked, we knocked the hostess informed us that they opened at 5:00, shut the door locked it and we waited outside in the 93 degree heat until 5:00. Now the good part. We ordered the crab beignets and bread for starters. Both were very good. We dined on the bison fillet, shrimp and grits with the Cesar salad and bourbon bacon Brussels sprouts sides. Both the main dishes were well presented and exceeded expectations as did the sides. We will definitely be back however, we will not make a 5:00 reservation for obvious reasons. Great fine dining experience provided by Vince and crew.

Food was off the chart and Dale made amazing Manhattans and Old Fashions. Another great experience !

Try the spinach and Gouda dip appetizer - amazing. Wife and I both had the salmon and it was excellent.

Everyone there is so nice and tentative. We love the food and ambiance of the place. We have been there several times and always look forward to going back.

We’ve dined multiple times now and have yet to be disappointed! The service and menu selections are extraordinary. A very enjoyable experience at a very professionally managed and unique establishment. Thank you!

WOW! This was a pleasant surprise. Great experience. I’ll put this new place up against any Lexington restaurant. The bison filet was the most tender I’ve ever had. My wife had the pork chop and it was every bit as good. Handcrafted cocktails were top notch. Caesar was unique and excellent. The bruschetta is the sleeper app. Don’t pass on it. Nick is the best server in the region and Chef Jake pays meticulous attention to every plate. 5 Stars. Right there in Somerset, KY!!
