Opened in February 2020, The Urban Hamlet is an upscale American Restaurant / Bar featuring an array of Appetizers, Salads, Flatbreads, Tacos, Burgers, Sandwiches, Entrees, and much more. Located in the heart of downtown Bronxville, NY, we are easily accessible to all major parkways and have ample municipal parking surrounding the restaurant. We also feature a 20 seat long bar with 4 big screen TV's to watch all the live sporting events of the day. Open 7 days a week for lunch & dinner and serving our special Sunday brunch menu on Sundays from 11:30-3:00pm. Visit our website for more details, online take-out ordering or our delivery services. Seasonal Outdoor Dining available weather permitting as there is no cover from rain. Outdoor seating is generally available when temperatures are above 50 degrees.

We were very disappointed. From the start of the meal to the end, we were always chasing down the waiter. The food was between average and good.

Good morning Michael. I apologize for your subpar experience with us this past Friday night. This is not the norm here as we pride ourselves on excellent service. I will follow up with the server today about what may have happened but please accept my apologies for this situation.

Urban Hamlet is my favorite restaurant in Bronxville. It’s the best! They are especially careful if you have Celiac or an allergy. So grateful for the staff here, they are amazing!

While the service was good... my burger was underwhelming and disappointing... the wings were super tasty and sticky as promised...

The service was very slow considering the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The size of the servings was small considering the cost. We won't be going back.

Thank you for your review. May I ask what items you had that you considered the portions small? I would look up your check myself, but you posted anonymously. I apologize if you felt the service was slow since that's not an issue we usually deal with, especially at 8:00pm on a Monday evening but I will review with my staff what may have been the problem once I'm made aware of which table you were seated at. Again, my apologies your visit with us wasn't up to your standards and I hope that you would give us another opportunity in the future.

My brother and I brought my mother for an early-ish Mother’s Day dinner. She loves a good burger! The urban hamlet did not disappoint. Food was terrific. I highly recommend the white cosmo for a delicious cocktail. But the best part was just how friendly the staff was - busser, waiter, manager. My mother kept saying that they must all be owners because they cared so much. We really appreciated the experience. Thank you!

Great food , staff and service . I had initially booked for outdoor for mothers day but due to the weather they didn’t open the outside but were able to offer me and my wife a reservation for inside and we were able to celebrate Mother’s Day brunch ! Great people ! Thank you. Will definitely return .

Food was good but microscopic lobster on the lobster tacos. The service, although friendly, was excruciatingly slow.20+ minutes before a drink order was taken. Noise level was very high Would be slow to go back

Thank you for your review. I apologize if it took a while to get you started when you dined with us Friday night. It was very busy upon your arrival being 7:00pm on a Friday on top of the Knick playoff game just starting at the same time with the crowded bar. No excuse but just trying to explain the circumstances. The lobster in the tacos is a 5oz portion as the price per lb. of lobster is astronomical at this time. Our price of $24 for the dish is much lower than it should be but we don't want to continue to raise prices like so many other places are doing. I sincerely appreciate your comments on the dish as we always strive to have our guests be 100% satisfied with their experience with us. We are also always available on the spot to correct any issues while you're with us too.

My husband and I live locally, and have had consistently great experiences here. Just the other day, we got to take my family to lunch when they were in town. This added some serious food allergies to our party, and thanks to the Urban Hamlet team, they were so, so well handled. We all felt very safe, and very taken care of. Plus, as always, the meal was delicious.
