We had a late dinner so the place was very quiet. Nice after a busy day. Love the wood interior and the history of the restaurant. Great views. Food was very good. Large portions on the salads. Enjoyed the tossed Mixed green salad. Seafood skewers were good. The risotto was very good, again large portions. Valet parking costs $ other than a tip. Try to park elsewhere if possible.

The Trident always has great ambience, great location, great views, great food, great service; and this time our waiter was particularly exceptional! On a Thursday evening, we had the best view we could ever ask for.Thank you, Trident!

I loved The Trident restaurant for a long time, but this time it’s been so disappointing regarding the service and food value. Server Abraham was so terribly rude server and he provided terrible service to me and my brother. He was super rude and he deliberately spilled the ice water from the ice water bottle all over to my food and my table while he was trying to push away the seabird near my table. It shocked me how this server has served his customers. And also he deliberately block my way when I was on my way to the restroom, it gave me very inconvenient when I am dining in this restaurant. And also my brother told me that he asked for well done steak, however he received medium rare steak instead. When I was on my way to check out, because outdoor was too cold, I asked him if I could pay for my check indoor, however he ordered me to stop and pay outside, however I told him I want to pay indoor and when I was paying the check indoor at the registration table, Abraham demanded me to give him more tips, as if he was my boss or I owed him money or something and he wants more money from me. I told him no because the service he provided was terrible. He was very unprofessional and it’s very rude and terrible service, as if he was discriminating against me because I am an Asian customer. I was dinning in this restaurant for a long time,and I loved this restaurant for a long time as well, but this time's experience has shocked me and terrified me and disappointed me a lot. This made me so sad and furious that the server's attitude were discriminating towards Asian customers. Please I want the manager to investigate this terrible service attitude against me and possibly towards other customers.

Enjoyed our outdoor table on a beautiful evening. Our waitress, Racquel, was awesome as she added her friendly service to our 25th wedding anniversary dinner more special.
