Simply spectacular. As superb of a restaurant as anywhere in Canada. This is a must experience.

The Tremont Cafe never disappoints. The new location is gorgeous, love that you can watch the very busy kitchen staff hard at work. The food was divine! The tartar appetizer is always a favorite and the watermelon halloumi dish was a light, crisp and refreshing way to start my meal. Everyone at our table enjoyed their main course. We had two chicken entrees that were succulent, the halibut was like butter and the duck confit was delectable. We finished our experience was the amazing desserts, not too sweet and very tasty. Our cocktails were expertly made as well, good to the last drop. Another incredible evening with more to come in the future.

A table of patrons in the back right corner had diners who were obnoxiously boisterous from 6-7:30 pm on a Friday evening . One woman in particular was yelling throughout most of our dinner. We sat at a two-person table next to the bar which was quiet compared to the noise boomeranging off the walls and or ceiling of the restaurant . We could not really hear any conversations of patrons seated at other tables close to use but certainly heard the noise coming across the room.

Great bar for pre dinner drink, the decor and sitting is wonderful. Food as always is great.

This is such a great date night spot or even with a group of friends. They nailed it on the ambience, decor and food. Everything was so good and the service was excellent. I love the new location in the hotel! We will definitely be back soon :)
