Lorenzo, bartender, was very gracious to my 98 year old companion, made her feel welcome, and was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of Guinness pouring.... Savannah was a wonderful server, made is feel at home and welcome. Ambiance was top notch, as usual..

Stopped here while in Richmond, it is very well run, the food was delicious and the ambience is great. Very cool building, great story, and the food to match. It was a little louder than I’d prefer but it was a large and busy restaurant so you’ll have that from time to time. Overall, highly recommended.

This is the first time that I’ve taken my wife here for her birthday and they didn’t bring a small birthday treat for her. I always make sure that I put the “birthday” special occasion in for the reservation on Open Table. Other than that, the food was good. Didn’t get my water poured like usual but the experience wasn’t horrible. Still love this place, it just didn’t live up to our past experiences

We've never been disappointed by the food at the Tobacco Company. My wife is a beef eater and I stick with seafood. Her prime rib was spot on as was my Salmon. The Tuna appetizer can't be beat. While we always enjoy the food and the ambiance upstairs, the service is outstanding which makes our dining experience a pleasure.

We went out to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. The Tobacco Company Restaurant has an elegant, cozy, and quiet atmosphere; pleasant, excellent server; exquisite food! Highly recommend!

Great food! Forgot my friends birthday even though I wrote it in the reservation and confirmed with hostess when we got there. Other than that great atmosphere
