Its a great pub with really great food and service. Parking is an issue, but otherwise the experience is highly recommended.

Had a Sunday roast the food was amazing, by far the best I have had out. The service was really good, very attentive. Will definitely visit for food again.

Such a beautiful setting. The food was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. We are already making plans with relatives to eat here again soon!

A return visit to this well publicised pub restaurant. Not as good as I remember, while the food was very good ( Cod Loin and Barnsley Chop ) the prices are getting ahead of the game ( heritage carrots £6 a portion ) and the wine list is definitely on the expensive side. To charge these kind of prices the service has to be impeccable which it was not. I will think twice before revisiting any of this group’s venues which is a shame as I have been a big fan

Considering how busy it was, we were not ignored and were served promptly. We didn’t have to wait too long for the food either. The atmosphere was relaxed and staff seemed happy.

I booked a meal for my parents and my Dad has been recently been diagnosed with special dietary requirements (gluten and lactose free) and is finding it hard to navigate. I emailed and advance and the staff were extremely accommodating and I was in correspondence with the head chef who adapted a meal specially for my Dad. The care and consideration was above and beyond, we really enjoyed our night and really appreciate it. The quality of everyone's meals was outstanding! Would visit again!

very good service and food in a lovely setting, my only critique is being diabetic the deserts were all to sweet for me a nice fruit crumble would have been ok but not on the menu

VERY Expensive! Very disappointing not a whole lot of food! We were looking forward to our Tapas night and came away deflated and £98 poorer! Not recommended! There are so many other pubs that do much better food for a lot less!
