Sally, Dave and their team at The Throckmorton, Coughton look forward to greeting you.

Following a major refurbishment in Autumn 2014 under the new ownership, Sally and Dave pride themselves on offering fresh, local, homemade food every day from 9am to 9pm.

The various menus include restaurant quality seasonal dishes from the ‘Chef’s Recommendations’ section through to a great selection of fresh fish and tasty steaks.

Staff were really good and made us feel really welcome. Food was good, especially the flatbread starter.

Blue haired Becky was absolutely brilliant and amazing. Very efficient, very polite, very professional, Becky is a credit to the Throckmorton and certainly deserves a pay rise !!!!

We had a wonderful surprise when we arrived, we had won the August raffle. The food was smashing as usual and the staff welcoming and efficient. Many thanks

As ever, a very pleasant lunch was had by all. The spaghetti was well received and the Haddock was mahoosive! We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful afternoon outside on the patio area, the food was superb, super attentive staff, couldn't ask for more..

What a great dining experience. The restaurant had a lovely ambience, although it was a bit quiet on a Monday lunchtime. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and the food tasted great.

Lovely food and great service as always. We enjoy our Sunday lunch at the Throckmorton very relaxing and fabulous atmosphere

We had a nice time thank you. Our waitress was particularly pleasant , but all of them were nice. Meal lovely. Wine rather expensive but otherwise everything lovely .

Great food, too much of it. Tried to force it down but needed room for the delicious chocolate mousse. Always a success, never disappointed.
