Sally, Dave and their team at The Throckmorton, Coughton look forward to greeting you.

Following a major refurbishment in Autumn 2014 under the new ownership, Sally and Dave pride themselves on offering fresh, local, homemade food every day from 9am to 9pm.

The various menus include restaurant quality seasonal dishes from the ‘Chef’s Recommendations’ section through to a great selection of fresh fish and tasty steaks.

Waitress was excellent, service was great. 2 of 4 of us had Sunday lunch and there could have been more vegetables both quantity and variety! Only carrot and cabbage provided 😩 not enough for two people There was a noisy table next to us - adults very loud but nothing can be done about that! Overall a very pleasant experience - will visit again soon

Stopped for Sunday lunch, food and service was excellent and lovely to be able to sit outside in nice weather and admire the view too.

Feedback number 22 This was a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and the food lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed ourselves.

First visit to The Throckmorton. Sunday roast was great. The alfresco decking area was lovely, nice view too. No complaints about the service. Will definitely go back again. (21)

Fantastic breakfast at The Throckmorton, 6 diners all extremely happy with their food. Food & drink was absolutely delicious can’t fault it, our compliments to the chef! 👏🏻👏🏻 Service was excellent thank you, we would thoroughly recommend breakfast at The Throckmorton

Excellent food, and excellent value. Staff are lovely and very friendly nothing is too much trouble for them.

Food was very good. I had the tapas but found it hard eating out the small dishes. The tables and floors in both areas were very sticky and the whole area is tired. A drink was forgotten but the staff were generally very good and friendly.

Went for Fish Friday two course & didn't disappoint. Cajun fish Nachos the best ever eaten & very filling followed by seabass, new potatoes roasted with Med veg. Service exemplary and finished off afterwards in the garden with a drink on a beautiful evening 😍
