   4 of us called in for a birthday meal and had a choice of menus to pick from. Could chose from the Monday-Tuesday menu or the Mexican menu (which is a Monday Special). We chose a mixture of food from both menus, all was delicious (garlic mushrooms, quesadillas, nachos, chicken fajitas, steak pie). We were even brought a desert with a candle in it for the birthday girl. Great evening.

   Food was stunning, the restaurant is full of character, would definitely recommend

   Being Mexican 🇲🇽 I expected the Fajitas to be sizzling and we were disappointed that they weren’t.

   It was a real treat to have the Mexican meal. We had a starter and main which was very filling. The sauce was a little too vinegary for my taste but would try an alternative next time.

   Very good quality food staff were very friendly and helpful, need to book a table as really busy.

   Excellent food & very good service. Toilets there do need some TLC but otherwise a lovely experience.

    Great food at a great price. The staff are attentive and friendly. The sea bass main was excellent and there was a good choice of wines and beers. There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend the pub for meals, drinks and parties.
