Quality of food served was very poor Beef over cooked potatoes raw other vegetables undercooked -gravy terrible Suggest they change the chef Great pity as it’ used to be an excellentbpub

A local Stunning pub in a gorgeous country setting , unfortunately food does not match this ! Extremely poor choice menu, food not good at all. Definitely not delicious fresh produce as it should be . No ambiance at all . 2 tables filled . Such a shame , as staff are all wonderful , shame about the food . So sorry Would definitely not recommend and will not be returning ….

Outdoor seating is a little uncomfortable as wooden seats and although there are some cushions they’re not quite right. As with a lot of pubs they don’t bring ice with water. Why ? Especially on a warm day. Had roast pork which was nice but only a little bit of crackling and my friend had roast beef. Lots of nice veg with it. Our waitress was very nice and friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful meal - it was our 10th wedding anniversary and the food and the service made it a truly special and memorable experience - thank you so much!

Menu looked great but lots of items weren’t available on ordering. Service slow but the food once arrived was fab. Fish & Chips portion has shrunk since the pub has changed hands.

We disappointed to hear the service was not to our usual standards, and that you had to wait some time for your meals. Unfortunately, we had a much busier service than expected, and so it did take longer than it should have. We are glad that when it did get there you enjoyed it. We were a table of five friends. The Three Horseshoes has been completely re-modernised in a tasteful way. There is plenty of outside seating. We had a choice from a set Lunch menu or an A La Carte Menu. The Starters were good, particularly the Devilled kidneys and Pork Rillette with sour dough bread and the Cod, Chips & Peas and the Cod with Black Rice were very tasty. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. There is a room within the Restaurant area which can be closed off to provide Private dining for 12. We had a lovely couple of hours there, the prices were reasonable and we all said we would go back again. This restaurant deserves to do well.
