A board outside said "best Sunday Roast in Oxfordshire". It is not. 1 Chicken that had been deepfried# 2 Beef that was overcooked and tough Over cooked vegitables swimming in a pool of cold gravy

Pate starters did not have enough bread but I say that about most places where I have pate. Our table had the beef roast and fish as the main course and the roast was probably the best my wife had outside of her own. The fish had a few bones in it which was off-putting for the diner but it did not detract from the quality or the portion size. The roast for the third diner was outstanding with plenty of beef and a good selection of vegetables. Overall - "very good" would be a fair score.

The food was of very good quality and plentiful portions, in fact perhaps too much! The vegetables with the Sunday roast were delicious and perfectly cooked.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Really efficient and polite and really attentive. The food was really good and the main gluten free option was really enjoyed. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the lack of choice of desserts for those with intolerances but overall it was a lovely pub with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.

Food ok to good - pub grub. Service keen (Mothers Day) if at times a little “first night nerves”. And we sat in the middle area towards the conservatory with a stuffed swan (who had obviously seen better days) hanging above our heads - it was a rather odd/sterile space. The old pub parts are cosier - and the conservatory looked brighter if a little tired. So it worked for us geographically, and they provided decent value for money (£235 for 4 people). We wouldn’t travel out of our way to go there but if we were in the area, we would go again.

We had a lovely meal and great service, will definately be returning. The Prawns in garlic and chillies were to die for.

Very nice helpful staff. Food was amazing and good beer. Very friendly atmosphere, would recommend this pub and definitely would come back.

Our 1st visit to the Three Horseshoes and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were friendly, and the Sunday roast was delicious. We will definitely return.
