The Three Daggers is a traditional, cosy and oak-beamed British pub nestled in the beautiful Wiltshire village of Edington, a mere few miles from the Westbury White Horse.

We are honoured to have won the prestigious Pub of the Year Award for the whole of England in 2020, to have continually held our 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence since 2019 and to have been awarded 5 x Gold Stars from the AA for Accommodation excellence.

Our food is traditional British pub food with a twist, all accompanied with a carefully curated wine list alongside ales brewed from in our very own Three Daggers Brewery a moment's walk from the Pub. We also have the lovely Three Daggers Farm Shop, groaning with fresh, seasonal fruit & veg with much of the produce being sourced from our Priory Farm in the village.

It is a very attractive old pub with atmosphere. Our food was really good and beautifully cooked and the staff very good, efficient and friendly, especially the new guy who served at our table. The farm shop onsite is a bonus. We really enjoyed our visit.

Our first visit to the three daggers and it won’t be out last. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and was happy to see a good selection on the menu. My husband also enjoyed his Flight of beer, a novel way of being able to try a good selection of the different brews. Next visit will be to try the Sunday lunch.

Always great food and service in a beautiful country pub. We’ve been many times and will continue to go. Love the Farm Shop too.

We had squid and whitebait, supposed to be crispy, it was soft, whitebait not good quality. 3 of us had Bavette steak. So tough and rare almost raw we asked for it to be cooked some more. It made no difference and I took mine home for my cats. The deserts were ridiculous. Sweet and sickly. Whoever put them on the menus couldn’t have tasted them. No thought put into it. In our modest opinion they should have not accepted our reservation as there was one man serving, he was really good, polite and calm but too much for one to do. There were two big parties plus others and the kitchen obviously couldn’t cope. We will leave it until late Autumn to try again. Such a shame.

The first time we have eaten here and we were impressed. Food was really good and well presented and the service was attentive. Will definitely go back

Sunday lunch, beef was disappointingly chewy and grisle. Accompaniments were good and flavoursome, however poor overall becaue of meat.
