   A really lovely lunch, very warm and friendly atmosphere, attentive server. Delicious food, would highly recommend.

   Reassuring, helpful and friendly service throughout. A great feel to the place. It is a tight menu, but varied enough for a different genre for starters, mains & desserts. Fabulous food that was exceptional in quality, cooking, and presentation. Taste, textures, flavour combinations all excellent. Tried three different ‘brewed-on-site’ beers and all were great. You’d struggle to find restaurants that can match such a fabulous experience !

   Slightly limited menu but one of few pubs that serve food on Sunday evenings. Great home brewed beer and delicious food

   Had a fantastic time and felt it was great value for money, but the parking situation needs urgent attention—waiting 23 minutes for a space was a real hassle.

   Served promptly and politely on a moderately busy evening, food arrived in 15 minutes and was excellent! The cheeseburger was incredibly fresh and tasty, chips were perfectly crispy with a fluffy inside and yummy seasoning. Truffle and parmesan chips were my favourite dish of the evening! Would definitely recommend to a variety of different people ie. families, dates, celebrations. Will definitely come again, Thank you!

   Our first time eating here. We took some friends to say “thank you “ for their kindness to us. Thoroughly enjoyable. Lovely food and generous portions. Waiting staff very friendly and the log fire was great. Will definitely go again and recommend to family and friends.
