Good pub food, extensive menu (without trying to to do too much), super nice wait staff. Lovely to sit outside on a warm summer evening on their deck

Sorry to say that once again it was expensive for what we ate...especially the 2 dips plates we had !! £ 7 for only couple of very small salami bits and £6 for bread !! How come ??

My wife and I booked a table to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Fern and Evelyn could not have been more warm and friendly leaving feeling we had had a lovely evening with friends.

Lovely setting for friends to catch up. Evident as didn’t notice 3 hours had flown by.

We met with best friends for a leisurely lunch and we were not disappointed. Customer service was fantastic, our lovely Australian waitress was excellent and didn’t mind slowing everything down for us because we were too busy talking to look at our menus. The food was exceptional and I had the best Caesar salad and Crème brûlée I’ve ever eaten. We would highly recommend this wonderful pub/restaurant the next time you’re in Thame. We will definitely be back very very soon. Thank you x
