Meet us on the winter patio! Experience the beauty of wine country's most picturesque patio at Peller Estates Winery. Join us at the Winter Luxe Lounge to savour our family-style menus along with our award winning wines and warming winter cocktails. This 90-minute experience includes a choice of two family-style menus, and finishes with toasted Icewine marshmallows over a firepit overlooking the winery.

The Winter Luxe Lounge is one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s must visit outdoor winter destinations for locals and visitors alike!

Please note that the Winter Luxe Lounge is an outdoor restaurant with limited coverage from the elements. We have heaters but do dress for the weather, it is outside. Space is limited so reservations are required. We look forward to your visit!

As wine club members we opted to do our wine tasting outside since it was a beautiful day. But very disappointed to find that the wine tasting patio is closed outside. Now you have to do your tasting at the outside Terrace wine bar. The server, who didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the wines, must have spilled red wine on her serving tray because 2 of the 3 glasses had red wine under the glass so when I picked them up they dripped red wine on my blouse and on my husband’s shirt. I suppose it’s nice to be able to order an appetizer or charcuterie board with your tasting but the choices a rather pricey. We had made a reservation for lunch there as well. There are only 5 choices for a meal and only offered on Friday Saturday or Sunday (they did offer them on holiday Monday but it was not publicized and I saw many patrons walk out). We had to ask for our second glass of free cuvée that we should have received with our meal as wine club members. Recommend going up to the Private Members lounge bar even if it’s S beautiful day outside.

I would not return. The menu was very small -not a lot of choice. The staff were not friendly at all Barely spoke to us. We had to ask for water refills. Very disappointed

I have been to Pellers multiple times at the main restaurant, I wanted to try the terrace for the first time and my experience has been absolutely horrible. I made the reservation for 1pm, I arrived with my party of 5 on time, the girl at the front told me that because of the rain they didn’t have enough tables and that I needed to wait, I was ok with that as I understood the situation, then she came back a few minutes later to tell us that another restaurant on the second floor can accommodate us. We went there, waited a few minutes, I noticed that the menu we got only had shareable and drinks, when our server came I ordered our drinks and asked for the lunch menu, she told us that they don’t offer food in that area, I was shocked, I made a reservation to have LUNCH! and now she is telling me they can’t offer me lunch, I told her that was not acceptable and that I wanted the table I reserved at the patio, a table became available at the patio, we went back there, then again had to wait a long time to be served, I ordered a charcuterie board that never came, and the lobster fries had the tiniest piece of lobster on those fries, my mom and I returned it back to the kitchen and ordered the burger instead, from 1pm that I got there I ended up finally having my lunch at 2:30pm. Very very very disappointed with the experience, this is a high end restaurant, I expected a high end service and food.

Very disappointed that service stopped at 7 pm . Seems like management is trying to ruin the success of the restaurant . Who accepts a reservation hope 6 at 6 pm and then informs us that the last drink order is 7 pm and we should just leave by 7:30/8pm
