Welcome to The Terrace Restaurant at RHS Garden Wisley
Located within the stunning RHS Garden Wisley, The Terrace Restaurant provides a relaxed dining experience, with lunch served at your table featuring fresh produce from the gardens where possible. Please note that garden entry fees apply for non-RHS members.

Dietary Information:
All dishes are prepared in an environment where nuts and gluten are present and may contain traces. If you have dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking (we require at least 48 hours' notice) and kindly remind the server when placing your order.
Opening Hours:
• Lunch: Served daily from 11:30 am to 2:15 pm
• Afternoon Tea: Served daily from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm
• Breakfast: Served daily Monday to Friday from 10am to 11am, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:45 am
To book Afternoon Tea, please ensure you select the "Experiences" time slot from 2:30 pm.

We booked an afternoon tea for our wedding anniversary. It was a bit pricy but we did have a lovely time. The restaurant was fully booked but it didn’t appear crowded and it wasn’t noisy. The staff were great. The presentation of the tea was very nice and there was a good mix of sandwiches and cake . We appreciated the extra effort of the chef who wrote ‘Happy Anniversary ‘ in chocolate on the cake plate! We had had a lovely day at Wisley- our first visit- and the afternoon tea experience finished everything off superbly.

Absolutely delicious food and great portion size. The team were all efficient, polite and friendly.

Clean, tidy, light restaurant with excellent staff & service. They were friendly, extremely helpful, didn't rush us in any way & as I have Coeliac Disease they were brilliant in guiding what was gluten free. The food was absolutely delicious & served beautifully. I think it is one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. First class & my friend thought so as well. Thank you everyone.

Booking was easy, Email reminders sensible, the welcome was fine and the Birthday lunch went off well thankyou. Looking forward to my next visit.

Arrived and shown a table. Food and drink orders taken although questions about the food went unanswered because the waitress didn’t know. Ordered potted pigs cheek with brioche and onion chutney hubby had the soup and roll. Arrived quickly for the potted pigs cheek to be in a cup and no butter with the roll We waited almost 30 mins for the main roast beef it was so pale it looked like pork and the whole meal was lukewarm cauliflower was in cooked and the cabbage was a teaspoon full at best half a heritage carrot on both plates total underwhelmed by it all and won’t be going back certainly not worth £32 each

Starter and dessert were good but my main course baked coley was bland and vegetables were over cooked and tasteless. My friends had the roast beef which they said was nice.

We had a lovely breakfast for my wife's birthday. My only issue is the size and temperature of the cups of coffee - I feel for the money they should be bigger or you should get a free refill.

We had brunch, and it was a limited, basic, menu which is OK, however the food was very basic - my child could prepare and present smashed avocado on toast with more flair and taste. £8.95 for a toasted piece of bread with smash avocado spread on top plonked in a middle of a plate - it looked unappealing, was cold, and was tasteless without a liberal amount of black pepper. The Terrace used to be a treat - not this time.
