The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens is Chef John Fraser's American brasserie located in The Times Square EDITION. From theatergoers and power meetings to dinner parties and big brunches, our all-seasons garden restaurant offers an unexpected oasis for locals and tourists alike, nestled just steps away from New York City's most iconic intersection. The seasonal menu marries the innovation of contemporary cooking with a respect for American culinary traditions, all while emphasizing locally sourced ingredients from regional farmers and purveyors. Brasserie classics share space with a wide variety of vegetable-forward offerings, a signature cooking style of Chef Fraser's.

We are located on the 9th floor of The Times Square EDITION, entrance on the north side of 47th Street just east of 7th Avenue.

I have been here many times and have always loved it. Today brought 4 people who had never been there and I was embarrassed. The food was poor….over spiced and the service was very slow

We loved our dining experience. My only negative was that the portion of durade fish that I ordered was very small. It was wonderfully seasoned and the rest of the meal was excellent. I would definitely go back but not choose the same entree.

Excellent service, with extra time to answer questions and accomodations were made to make our experience fantastic Food, nice presentation with good flavors. We ordered the dry pork with peaches and lamb ragu

Meg was an incredible hostess, manager & server. The food was delicious and atmosphere lovely for after a show. Decadent souffles!

My first time here and if the service hadn’t been so bad I would have never given it a bad review. I took my daughter as part of her 34th birthday present before our show tickets to “Six the Musical” doesn’t the street. Excited to try after reading all the reviews. Place was pretty, check in and hostess very sweet and helpful. At first our waitress was very friendly then downhill from there. Angelina took our order and after we got our barrata appetizer, we asked for salt/pepper which took forever and finally flagged down a bus boy to grab it for us. Then came my burger with no requested mayo on the side, and my daughter’s Caesar salad w/grilled chicken chopped on side arrived sliced (not chopped) and under cooked/pink and chewy. Took forever to get her attention and finally had to flag down the bus boy again so we saw him bring it to her and she set it aside the station where she was keying in the orders and generating the checks. It sat there for a good 5 minutes before a manager came by to get it to the kitchen. Asked for mayo which finally came and chicken took another 10 which arrived warm but same result. Spongey/chewy a bit undercooked. By then we were so turned off and got the check with our food to go. A shame. Was really looking forward to trying it out. Now just turned off. Not worth the money or time wasted.
