The Tavern Underground, the lower level of The Carlin, introduces a tastefully designed, modern-meets-casual take on classic American tavern culture.

We offer limited reservation availability up to 8pm, along with bar seating and tables that are always available first come, first serve. If you're not finding a reservation or have a special request, please call us for assistance, 970-771-3795.

Great Aprese! Service was excellent and our waiter gave the best recommendation’s on cocktails and food! Love this warm restaurant

The food was lovely. However, although we appreciate that the restaurant isn't a quiet place, the table next to us were clearly inebriated and were abusive / offensive. Unfortunately, the staff just played along with this behaviour for the sake of getting a tip - which by the comments of the staff didn't really materialise. Poor judgement and service - we would recommend avoiding.

Loved our experience here at Underground Tavern! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcome the second you step in. Like everyone else we loved the cocktails here! They have interesting drinks that make you want to try one of each! Definitely a fun spot that I’d try again!

Great spot for our guys ski trip. 6 of us dined and wanted something low key for our first night in town. Food and ambience were exceptional. Wonderful service by Dale as his cocktail and food recommendations were all on point. Dale was also quite the photographer!!!

TU has become one of our favorite spots in Breck. It’s become very popular tho so don’t even think you’ll be able to pop in. We saw many turned away on a Monday night because it was packed. Glad we reserved!

Great spot. Lovely ambiance. Large bar seating. Big, fun drink menu. We enjoyed the burgers and GF buns, kale salad and tomato soup with grilled cheese. The cannoli and crème brûlée were very unique.

Wonderful experience to be with our growing family. Shrimp appetizer was delicious and loved the variety of cocktails.
