    We were visiting the Penn State campus for my daughter to check out as a potential school (her dad went there!), and we only had one night. We were so happy we chose the Tavern for dinner. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was spectacular! We will definitely be back if she ends up going to school there :)

    My husband and one of our guest had the trout. The other guest and myself had the Tavern chicken. She loved hers. I didn’t realize it would be so spicy. The salads were good as well. All the main dishes do not come with any side dishes, they must be ordered of the menu. The waiter was fabulous. I remember the Tavern before it was s sold and remodeled in every way. I am sorry but I do prefer the former version of the Tavern ,

    Always a trip down memory lane. Wonderful lithographs and photos line the walls.

    We recently ate here and we were able to eat outside which was really nice. Our server Jeffrey was great-checked on us frequently and made great suggestions for our dinner. The carrot cake that he recommended was awesome!

    We had a lovely dining experience at the tavern. Our server Caylan was excellent. Our meals were delicious

    We absolutely loved everything about The Tavern! Our server, Josh was so kind and attentive. I would recommend this restaurant and Josh to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful evening while we celebrated our 11th year anniversary. Please make sure to tell Josh that The DiPalma's really think he does look like Tom Holland :-) He will know what we mean.

    Fabulous meal and service at the Tavern. A very nice selection of appetizers and entrees to satisfy everyone. We chose beef with the Filet and the Prime Rib. Phenomenal! Great wine list if you’re into that thing.

    We had such a lovely dinner. The waiter, Josh was attentive and very friendly. Food was delicious as were the expresso martinis. Met a lovely couple and chatted with them rounding off a great meal.
