We are a 17th century country pub with rooms. Located in the pretty village of Felmersham, in Bedfordshire - North from London. Come and feel part of our community and experience the best produce Bedfordshire and beyond has to offer.

Brought family visiting from overseas. Full of praise, and I concur. Excellent experience. Cheery staff, very good Sunday Lunch. Most enjoyable. Only slight criticism, wine prices somewhat on the high side.

Welcoming, impeccably presented, marvellous food. It’s particularly rewarding because there’s always the addition of a mains ‘option’. The Sun do a wonderful roast beef - which my wife always greatly enjoys - a roast pork (which I’ve also had and hugely appreciated) but yesterday there was an option of slow roasted mutton. Too often mutton is tough & chewy, but cooked expertly - like yesterday - it’s flavours are superior to the best lamb, and yesterday it melted in the mouth, an absolute triumph. So thank you very much - and for the record, the apple crumble was delicious too. Thank you again, we consider ourselves so fortunate to have the Sun so near! (The wine was also spot-on!)

Really lovely evening here. The food was delicious and the service was great, such friendly and attentive staff. We were absolutely stuffed after the 5 delicious courses. The atmosphere was great, a real friendly vibe with lots of happy people in the beer garden, not rowdy at all, just everyone having a nice evening. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

This was our first meal at The Sun Inn. We were delighted with the quality of the Farmers Menu and there was a friendly and happy atmosphere in the pub and gardens. We would definitely visit again.

We had a really enjoyable Sunday lunch, food was fantastic and the staff were fantastic and the afternoon continued into the evening for the football. Highly recommend this pub

Loved the decor/atmosphere/service, beyond expectations - good food too but the sourdough bread was exceptional! A very fine dining experience in the dining room - located in a pretty village pub with a warm welcoming feel. We were delighted it was quiet for our early weekday meal.
