A restaurant that celebrates the splendour of British seafood and produce from local farms.

We are delighted to use the finest of local producers, farmers, and growers of the region. Seafood will always remain our focus. Oysters from Pinneys of Orford, fresh fish from Wightman based in Lowestoft, as well as meat from Salter & King in Aldeburgh, we are incredibly lucky to work with the best.

The service was very poor for a lunchtime, they failed to bring bread, then after the starters the wait for the main course was over an hour. We waited over 15 minutes before they took our dessert order and we had to chase them up to bring them. We had to go to the front desk to pay rather than waiting for them to come to us, when we mentioned the delays there was a very half hearted apology but no real indication they cared. We will not be returning

The scallops and miso butter are delicious. As are the seaweed poppadoms. We didn’t even get to the mains
