Highly recommend the drinks were wonderful, service was great. Complimentary nuts that were equally delicious. What a hidden gem!

Made a bar top reservation. But didn’t have room or try and make room. Why have the option if you can’t accommodate. Drinks were okay , service was slow because one bartender “called in.”

Once we finally found the entrance to the Kimpton, we were greeted by friendly hotel staff - everyone was helpful & guided us to The Study! It’s a beautiful room in the old limestone schoolhouse with books & comfortable seating. Our bartender-waiter did an excellent job (& we recognized him from other bars he’s worked in) - drinks were great, if on the pricier side. But all-in-all a lovely experience!

The bartender was amazing! He was hospitable and kind. Also recommended some fun locations in SanAntonio as we were visiting for the two days.

I would say this is the perfect stop after dinner at the Steakhouse. Enjoyed my drinks and the presentation! Our bartender was knowledgeable and gave us a quick history of the bar. The menu and cocktails are well thought out and there’s nothing I love more than attention to detail. We will be back!
