Food is interesting and quite good. There was a musical performer singing when we arrived He was was very loud and not to our liking, but he ended shortly after our arrival. However we were seated near the bar so it continued to be pretty noisy. Overall , it was an enjoyable evening!

Would suggest diners contact before going to verify menu. The one thing each of us wanted was not on the Sunday offerings.

Great go to place with good friends. Service was great but not rushed; food was delicious; ambience is friendly and the place has good energy. Lots of people also eating at the bar. We will continue to return!

This contemporary restaurant is well located a few blocks from Main Street, comfortable seating, good service, good food. And Highlands is a great town to visit!

Fun atmosphere for a birthday celebration. Overall food was great, lots of good options, and creative drinks. We had all tapas, no entrees. Presentation was nice. Octopus was delish, could have done without more potatoes in it!

A great place for a Saturday brunch! Our service, food, and drinks were all excellent!! It made a special farewell brunch for guests!

We decided to try Stubborn Bull last night and were very impressed. It’s a new restaurant in Highlands, and we loved the decor and the food. Also, our server was excellent. All of the tapas that we got were very tasty, especially the octopus and the watermelon salad. For an entree we got the paella and split it between two people. Another winner! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this as an alternative in Highlands.
