We welcome you to The Still at Blue Rook Distillery, the most unique spirits experience in the state of Kentucky. Situated inside Blue Rook's U.S. distillery - the home of award winning Brazilian sugar cane based spirits, cachaça, gin and vodka. The Still restaurant provides its guests with a multifaceted experience full of farm fresh food, with all menu items made from scratch and cocktails made from our unique spirits. Food was aMaZiNg!!! We ordered the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer, delicious! My husband loved them…I could have done without the peanut garnish. For the meal..my husband ordered the Still Burger and I got the Grilled Pork Chop. My husband enjoyed his and mine! The portions were great and the flavor profile was of the chart! We did indulge in dessert with their “s’mores torte”. It was pure heaven. Chocolate torte with raspberry sauce and a roasted marshmallow garnish. This was our first visit here and won’t be our last. This is definitely one of the better meals I’ve had in a long time!!!

Service was a little slow. Food was very good but a little overpriced. The mixed drink I ordered was $15 and mostly ice (tasty but too much ice). I would try this restaurant again but order a bottle of wine for dinner which would be a better value. I will try again hopeful that the experience will match the cost.

Sometimes you’re just in the mood for an awesome burger and this is the place to get one! Locally grown beef, cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful! Thanks to Chef Jamie! 🥂

One of our favorite, if not THE favorite local gem. Great selection of inventive cocktails. Regularly changing menu with a good selections of shareable plates and mains.

After seeing the menu online and the high cost, I had expected more of a fine dining experience or at least for the food to be at a fine dining level. It is my hope that it was just an “off” day and will give it another try.

This was a first visit for us and was on a recommendation from our Pilates instructor in Danville. I had the Sunset Martini and my 2 dinner mates had a Pivot cider to start and then we shared 4 of the shareable plates, Brussels sprouts, flatbread, salmon toast and ceviche. The food was fresh and tasty and beautifully plated and presented. The cider was refreshing and tart, which we liked and my Sunset Martini was cold and delicious. I’m usually a bone dry martini drinker or bourbon neat but the martini was a great choice on a hot day. Great experience. I plan to return and try the Cachaca.

It was a fabulous experience! The service was spot on. The waitress was helpful guiding me to food and drink that I had never experienced. The food was delicious. The drink was delicious. I will go back. It was a little on the pricey side but it was a celebratory treat. Great job The Still at Blue Rook Distillery!
