Récemment nommé Top Las Vegas Steak House par Zagat, le restaurant The Steak House ravit les papilles depuis plus de 34 ans avec ses viandes de haute qualité servies par un personnel courtois et amical. Il dispose d'une armoire vitrée de maturation de la viande à sec. Le bœuf du Midwest de qualité supérieure est vieilli durant 21 jours à 37° Fahrenheit et 67 % d'humidité relative. Ce processus attendrit la viande et lui donne une saveur distincte, encore accentuée par sa préparation sur un grill à mesquite à foyer ouvert. Une fois installé dans la salle à manger, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous grâce aux pittoresques peintures ornant les murs verts, au bois sombre et aux cabines de cuir diamant rouge créant une ambiance intimiste des plus confortables. Le souper se compose de pains frais, de la célèbre soupe de haricots noirs de l'établissement ou d'une salade maison, ainsi que de légumes frais du chef accompagnés d'une purée de pommes de terre à l'ail, de pommes de terre au four ou d'un mélange de riz sauvage.

My daughter’s Fillet came to her about raw,, but also looked very dry on the outside. Should have been medium, they remade it. My Ribeye was the smaller one, but it was tough, barely warm and very little flavor. Even though the kitchen is just a few steps away with a hot charcoal fire grill, the steaks somehow were not even close to hot. The Fillet had great flavor but needed way more seasoning and it was too dry on the outer surface. The staff was great. Very fast, but almost too fast. Dinner was so fast I almost thought it was premade food. But I did see steaks being cooked on the grill so I am baffled we had this experience.

My wife and I had dinner at The Steakhouse in February. My steak was excellent, however, my wife's steak was not to her likeing. After sending it back twice, the maiter d intervened and helped get it right. The Steakhouse comped both her steak and our desert. No restruant is perfect and mistakes happen, but a restruant that ensures each guest gets what they want and how thy want is the sign of a great place. The waiter and maiter d were both excellent and pleasant and professional. This is my 4th visit and I have always had a great steak, cooked just right and full of flavor. If you want to enjoy great service, great steaks, excellent sides, and a dining area to match, be sure to eat at The Steakhouse. Job well done!

With all the restaurants in Vegas now this is a locked in time treasure. The decor is warm and lighting just right. Service was perfect. And very refreshing that soup or salad, bread service, and dinner accompaniments were included! My husband's porterhouse was cooked to perfection. I had the chicken, and the sauce was so amazing.

Always enjoy a night at The Steak House, because the service, food,and atmosphere are second to none. Makes me feel like part of the Rat Pack back in the days of early Vegas. The Spousal unit really enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass along with the followup of Key-lime pie for a sweet finish. I like to think of The Steak House as my secret place for an amazing meal hidden in old Vegas.
