As always, the food was superb! My husband had the strip steak and it was cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and accompanied by an array of vegetables he said were excellent. I had the Bistro Salad and added chicken. The chicken was grilled and very tender. Delish! We finished with MSU Dairy Store ice cream and it was creamy and wonderful. We eat lower carb, but it was definitely worth the cheat!

The salad was bland. The mushroom soup was just ok. The mushroom salad barely had mushrooms.

The eggs were cold and didn't taste fresh. The beef roast was dry. Everything else was great

The State Room at the Kellogg Center on the Michigan State University campus has become a"go to" spot for business lunches, birthday celebrations, and some of the finest food in the Lansing area. It is ever reliable and the choices are outside the box.
