Located in the backstreets of Fitzroy, Melbourne. The Standard Hotel brings you the best pub food, wines & cold beers that Fitzroy has to offer.

Reservations:

-The maximum booking size is 20 people. If you would like a larger booking, please give us a call or e-mail to discuss. (03) 9419 4793 or bookings@thestandardhotel.com.au

-If you wish to make a booking on the same day, please give us a call and we will see if we can fit you in. We don’t accept same-day online bookings.

-Please note, we don’t take bookings outside after 5 pm Monday-Friday and after 3 pm Saturday, Sunday.

-We will not accommodate Bucks/Hens parties or Pub Crawls.

Great evening thanks. Had the best seat in the house next to the fire. The staff were relaxed efficient and helpful. The food timely and up to your best. We had a fun time and enjoyed your ambiance and the gentle atmosphere

This pub is consistently good. Staff, food, drinks all excellent — and have been this way for years. I'm reluctant to write this because it's like letting the cat out... but we really do appreciate the place and the people.

Love this Place! Old school Fitzroy pub, with great food and atmosphere. Beer garden is tremendous. Highly recommend.

I have organised a twice yearly catch up luncheon for past 18 years for between 10-15 mates. Always has been at the Standard and based on most recent visit on 05/07/2024 will continue to be so. The venue is the heart and soul of our luncheons and it always ticks the boxes.

Love this place.. yummy food, great vibe, not too gentrified. Only thing is that they don't have alternative milks for coffee etc but that's no biggie
