We had an absolutely delightful dining experience, The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious, with each dish more mouth-watering than the last. The highlight of our evening was the exceptional service provided by Oliver. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Sunset from the terrace was amazing. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this gem to all seafood lovers!

Arrived with guest to be told to sit anywhere,rudeness from staff. Said we would have to wait 1 hour. We walked out. Terrible service.

Excellent service, excellent food. An atmosphere conducive to conversation rather than having to shout to be heard. Not to mention the extremely good sea view. All in all I think this is a really good hidden gem. Very highly recommended.

Good friendly service. Drinks and meal arrived promptly. Meal was cooked fresh, fish was lovely. Definitely recommend the Coco Loco smoothie.

This could be a perfect venue as it has a lovely sea view and the chef is very skilled at producing very good food at reasonable prices, however this place is spoiled by the waiting staff throwing numerous packets of condiments ( salt pepper, sauces etc in plastic wrappers) on the table instead of having traditional salt and pepper grinders available, also the tables are not laid properly cutlery is just dumped in the middle of the table and glasses are dirty( apparently the dishwasher wasn’t working properly when asked about this) staff are cheerful and helpful, service is prompt, the staff just need more training and this place could be perfect!

Service was so slow. Waited almost an hour for our meal. Waiter however was extremely nice. Food was very bland. Very under seasoned. I had the salmon risotto which if I’m honest was tasteless but the cooked well. My husband had the scampi and chips. Just very ordinary. We couldn’t wait for dessert. Resturant wasn’t over busy and we sat outside with another couple so not busy at all. The view which is why we go was spectacular. Menu cld be really improved compared to other restaurants similar Resturant’s

Another excellent meal at The St Mildred's Bay. We shared starters of calamari in the lightest, crispiest batter and a scotch egg. The skate wing and salmon risotto were delicious, as was the cheesecake and cheese board for dessert. The staff, as always, were friendly and attentive. As it was a lovely warm summer's evening we were able to sit outside and watch a beautiful sunset and wash everything down with a bottle of Chapel Down rose. OK...two bottles!

Went for lunch (4 of us). Pre- booked table, by the window. We go on a fairly regular basis and are always pleased with the service and food. Today it was fairly busy, but service was attentive. Some reviews want quicker service but we like the unrushed atmosphere. The food is always good and the service is attentive, bit without rushing you to finish. Sometimes the background noise is a bit loud for my NHS hearing aids which amplify everything, but my wife gives me promps lol.

Great venue on the promenade with good sea views. Excellent food with good service. And the fish & chips are simply and unbeatably the best!

Both the food and service were excellent. The food was well presented and delicious and was served hot and fresh from the pass. The setting by the sea was perfect on a warm summer’s evening and we enjoyed our meal watching the sun set. The staff were attentive and friendly and we appreciated the fact that the restaurant was dog friendly. We all enjoyed a great time.
