Two NSB locals, Terrence Dever and Greg Gabringer, had a vision to create a new dining experience combining an eclectic menu with a comfortable atmosphere, all while providing patrons with a true taste of the area.

At the core of The Spott's culinary excellence is its dedicated kitchen team, led by Executive Chef Vaughn Metcalf. With a focus on quality and a relentless commitment to perfection, the kitchen staff embodies the ethos of The Spott, ensuring that every dish reflects the restaurant's dedication to excellence. From the fresh, local selection of ingredients to the execution of each dish, every aspect of The Spott's culinary experience is meticulously crafted to delight diners.

Our food was perfect and full of flavor. Their cocktails are hand crafted and delicious! Highly recommend the Spott and their staff, we will definitely be back ☺️
