   Food was great, drinks were great. Service a little slow due to large parties.

   We ordered the brioche from the boozy brunch menu but unfortunately all 3 came and we all found them very greasy and soggy. We left most of it. The drinks were fine, but the waitresses kept hovering around. Inevitably did say they were told to do this but to ask if we want a drink every few minutes was overkill. (Not her fault, if she’s been told to do this), but it was verging on very awkward.

   I enjoy visiting The Spiritualist but at 9 o’clock on a Saturday night the vibe wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Early in the evening the music is a good mix at a reasonable level but once the DJ came on it switched to loud dance music. Great if that’s your thing but it’s a very mixed crowd across a wide age range and the music is aimed at younger groups, not old fuddy duddys like me. Sadly we are the ones with more money to spend so I think they are missing a trick here. I’ll definitely be back, the cocktails are great and the staff are lovely but I’ll be leaving before the “night club” kicks off.

   I've eaten here before and it's been fabulous. This time I had the vegetarian option and it was disappointing. The Wellington was lovely, extremely tasty but the vegetables were all very hard and mostly left on the plate. I did tell the waitress this and she said she'd report back to the kitchen. It would have been helpful to hear how that went!!!! The staff are lovely but it was extremely busy being a Friday night and we waited too long for drinks to arrive and we never did get our water!! Experience tells me this was an off night so I'll definitely be back.

   Great atmosphere and ambience. We ordered medium steak on the steak frites menu but out steaks were well cooked. And no one followed up to ask how our meal was.

   Didn't eat there on Saturday just birthday cocktails for my husband. Music was great, smashing atmosphere. Expensive but loved it. Staff were lovely.

   Can't recommend enough, we had a fabulous day Food was excellent & cocktail were great but the service was outstanding, big thanks to Christine for going above & beyond & Amy who served us was lovely Thanks so much can't wait to come back

   NOTE : 1 for food ad we didn’t eat ! I booked a table for drinks, one of our group is in a wheel chair and they could not have been more lovely accommodating us. Gave us the perfect table and kept the drinks coming all night with excellent table service. Couldn’t fault it !!

    Great service from attentive professional staff. Fun tasty cocktails and an overall nice vibe. Worth booking a table in advance.
