    This restaurant is phenomenal. Have eaten there twice so far and the tastes and textures in each dish rival amazing restaurants we’ve eaten at in Shanghai. We will be back again soon!

    We were a party of three who booked a table for 6:45 p.m. The food selection and preparation is outstanding. We mmmm'ed our way through the shrimp cerviche and the two different taco dishes we had ordered, enjoying every bite deliciously complemented by our respective glasses of Malbec and Tempranillo. We were extremely glad to have discovered this jewel of a restaurant which features spanish dishes and tapas. We were particularly grateful that it was open on a Monday night in Ottawa! The waiter was a little pushy, wanting us to order more, but was happy to answer all our questions on flavours and herbs. Don't leave without trying the churros for desert.

    Octopus was overcooked and was difficult to eat. 12 dollars for garlic toast also seems a little extreme. Baked cauliflower steak was cold. Underwhelming and disappointing.

    Our experience at Soca Kitchen was exceptional, from booking the reservation to completing our visit. Opting for a 6:45pm reservation likely contributed to a lower noise level than what's typical in restaurants. Arriving later also meant that most diners were already settled into their meals. The delivery of food was well-paced, not rushed. The ample spacing between tables facilitated easy conversation, and we had the opportunity to interact with our server. We will definitely return to Soca Kitchen in the near future.

    We had dinner with friends and we took advantage of the 50% off Paellas. The food was tasty and delicious, the ambiance cosy and the service was amazing. We will definitely come again.

    Amazing brunch! Everyone in our group of 4 enjoyed their meal. Our server/host was attentive, friendly with a great sense of humour. We will be back.
