We had a wonderful brunch at The Smith! Kindra, our server, truly stood out with her professionalism and friendly demeanor. Despite being new, she explained the menu thoroughly and kept the mood light with her jokes, making us feel incredibly welcome. Every order was spot on, even with our customizations. She struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space. Her impeccable timing for drinks and food made the experience even better.

Waited too long for our lunch to come and when it did it was cold. After sending it back and waiting around 10 more minutes for a hot lunch. We decided to leave. We left a generous tip to the server though the service was unsatisfactory. Manager told us no charge. We rather have paid and had a good meal. Very surprised as we thought this to be an above average restaurant

The Smith is outstanding, and a great spot for business meals and those with family and friends. The menu has a great selection. I would also highly recommend their private room if you have a group dinner. The menu we chose recently was family style and was a huge hit with my crew! One PSA. today I tried the Duck Banh Mi special. I would NOT recommend it. The Duck was bland, it had avocado spread and overall was subpar. However, it will not discourage me from returning based on my previous comments. Next time, I will select a “tried and true” menu item.

We actually sat outside, inside the noise level is energetic… the food was great! My steak was done exactly as requested and the French fries were excellent - thin, crisp and lightly salted. Our server was great as well.

First time experience thought I’d get a vegetable dish only to find it was a veggie dish minimal vegetables and all rice

Love The Smith in NYC so I booked here. Not the same vibe or energy. The staff here seem tired. We had a 4pm reservation, not many people in the restaurant yet the service was soooo slow. We started with the oysters, they were very good. Had a rubbery shrimp cocktail. Shrimp obviously overcooked. Maybe that’s why it took so long to come out. We’re shared the French dip, waiter knew we were sharing and never brought us a 2nd plate. French dip was good with fries. Pack your patience if you eat here, oh and your wallet. Pricey for what you get. Not fine dining.
