Seven of us took my father out for his birthday and it was a very enjoyable evening. Service was timely, but we didn’t feel rushed. The food was outstanding with generous portions for the appetizers and entrees. We enjoyed calamari, shrimp and mussels fra diavolo, and whipped ricotta for appetizers along with their complementary flat bread with olive tapenade. All absolutely delicious! For dinners we got eggplant rollatini with Rosa sauce, garlic shrimp with arugula over lemon pesto linguini, homemade rigatoni with burratta, and penne vodka with chicken. Once again all excellent and we all needed to go boxes. We saved room for dessert though, and the wait staff put a candle in my dad’s lava cake and sang to him because our server overheard us talking about it being his birthday. So thoughtful and unexpected! The lava cake, cannoli, and peanut butter explosion were all good, but the lemon leche is to die for! At first glance the menu may seem a bit pricey, but you are getting large portions made with quality ingredients and hand made pasta. I definitely recommend!

Another wonderful experience dining a the Smashed Olive. Our favorite go-to place in town! Along with the outstanding regular menu, the specials are creative and delicious. I had the lobster roll, which was very tasty. I think it would have been even better with some melted butter, but overall was a delicious choice. See you again soon!

Wonderful food and service. A little pricey, but the food is worth it. They also have a nice separate vegan and gluten free menu, which is a plus since I am vegan and it is often hard to find a place that recognizes my dining experience matters too. I will definitely be back.

We brought our friends to the smashed Olive for the first time. Wouldn't you know it, the waitress spilled an order of fried calamari and marinara sauce all over our friends shirt. He was very gracious about it and we all laughed. The waitress felt terrible. The owner came over and apologized as well, and told us he would be happy to pay our dry cleaning bill. Seemed odd to me. Who would do that? We had a very pricey meal there, all they had to do was comp the fried calamari as a token of apology, or give us a free dessert, but they did not. Disappointing as we really like this place. Just something we will have to ponder in the future...

Celebrating our daughter’s birthday with lunch at Smashed Olive. The service we received from Paul was amazing- professional, and friendly!! Food was great- fresh and delicious!! We have been to TSO many times and will be back again!!

First visit to Smashed Olive and I'm sure we will go back. The drinks and food were very good. Highly recommend trying the Peanut Butter & Jelly Old Fashion...just wow!! The Shrimp with Limoncello Creme Sauce appetizer was tasty and the small Wedge Salad was more than enough for both of us to share. My wife had the Lasagna and said it was very good. The noodles were perfect al dente and the sauce was flavorful. I thoroughly enjoyed the Goat Cheese & Mushroom Gnocchi. We were too full to try their desserts but the menu has so many options that sound great, hopefully we will try a dessert next visit.
