The Silo Cookhouse offers a culinary farm to table journey set amidst the tranquility of the Farm’s eclectic dining room and the splendor of sweeping sunset views of Mt. Pisgah. We offer an a la carte menu, communal seating dinner service Wednesday-Saturday evenings. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, at 5:00 when our bar opens up! Please make your reservation time at the time you would like to be seated for dinner.

Our experience is a great chance to meet new people and make new friends! Our menu changes in accordance with the freshest, seasonal local ingredients.

Thursday’s Are For LOCALS!
Henderson, Transylvania, & Buncombe County residents will receive 20% off at The Silo Cookhouse and The Stable Spa EVERY Thursday. That's right. We love our locals and want to see you at least once a week!

What a wonderful Sunday brunch at Silo. The was great and the food was excellent! Elliott the bartender was friendly and engaging. The watermelon poke was perfect as a side or even a dessert after our regular food items. We loved being able to take an after brunch mimosa and walk the grounds. The whole atmosphere was perfect and we can't we to go back and try it out for dinner next time !

Brunch was wonderful, service was the best and the Bloody Mary’s were to die for. The Silo always does a great job when it comes to food preparation and giving you a true dining experience.

Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and menu. We met some very interesting people at the communal table.

It was an amazing experience. We were blown away by the quality of the food and the grounds. The ambiance makes you step outside of your comfort zone and talk to strangers. We look forward to returning. Thank you for a great date night.

Incredible dinner! The service was exceptional, the setting was gorgeous. We walked around the farm before dinner and saw the sunset after dinner around the fire. For appetizers, we got the peach tartlet, Pork with pickles, tomatoes, mushroom toast, salad. All incredible, especially the tomato dish. For entrées, the market fish and crab Rici. The fish was perfect. For dessert, we got the chocolate mint. The table felt the dessert missed the mark. It was too dry and tasted like chocolate graham crackers with mint cream on them. I think the dessert could definitely be improved Previously, we had a chocolate cake with ginger ice cream at this restaurant, which was exceptional so we had high expectations for dessert. All around, an amazing experience and will be back again.

What a wonderful surprise! Discovered this restaurant while searching for dining options near Hendersonville and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. The menu items were creatively prepared and presented, using highest quality ingredients and satisfying. The cocktails were tasty and fun. Waitstaff was engaging and responsive. The community-style seating was unexpectedly comfortable and enjoyable; and the pastoral setting is calming, relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend you try it for an outstanding and memorable dining experience.

Charmed! A pastoral setting, chickens flitting about, a community fire pit with swings around the corner. What's not to love? The Silo restaurant at Horseshoe Farm is a delightful respite from the ordinary. Here community tables set the tone for a spirit of "Come feast together". Food fresh as the gardens nearby and served with artistic flair. Yum, fun, sweet, like a special retreat.....love this place!
