Farm to table food & drink on the majestic grounds of The Horse Shoe Farm! We believe in communal dining and intentional hospitality. Open 7 days a week! Breakfast 8-10a | Lunch 12-3pm | Dinner 5-8:30pm.

The Silo Bar is open Sunday to Wednesday from 12-9pm and Thursday to Saturday from 12-10pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a beverage, game room, bonfire and sweeping Mt. Pisgah views! Please make your reservation time at the time you would like to be seated for dinner. **GF/V/Kids Menu Options available upon request.

This is one of the best restaurants in the Asheville area. The food is fantastic, the service is great, and the setting is beautiful and comfortable. They also have a well stocked bar and wine list.

Second time at Silo , took our daughter. We enjoyed the menu selections an d craft cocktails . From the moment you are greeted dining is a pleasurable experience. Staff is excellent.

We took out of town family here and had a lovely time. Excellent farm fresh rotating menu — we were here just two weeks ago and love how almost every single thing is different. Unfortunately — One of our dishes had a cut of meat whose presentation did not match the description or expectations. BUT — they graciously made it 100% right by providing a completely new meal on the house. They handled it with the utmost kindness and professionalism. We will be back, we love it here.

This food was exquisite and artfully prepared. The atmosphere was calm and collected, with extremely professional staff. Each time was an experience worthy of the memory.

What a great find! Hadn't heard about this place, but stumbled upon it on Open Table. Had no idea what to expect as it was a bit of a hike for us to get there for a Tuesday date night. We couldn't have been more delighted! Cozy atmosphere with big roaring fire, lovely bar setting, and communal tables. We arrived at 7:15pm so couldn't see the outside setting which would be nice in daylight. Service was amazing by Michael with great descriptions about the food. We had the duck rillettes and bok choy appetizers -- both amazing, could eat that bok choy every day! My husband had the bouillabaise and I had the braised short ribs again both full of flavor! Chef Daniel came out to say hello and gave us some background on the place. Warm, cozy, great food, personable -- couldn't have asked for more! We'll be back!

I want to love this restaurant, but its hard. The setting is unmatched, the food is good and our waiter was really nice, but its lacking value for money and the execution of our meals from the kitchen was really off - There were four of us dining last night. We ordered appetizers and entrees. Our appetizers were presented to the table together. Unfortunately, there was a lapse of approximately 10 minutes between the delivery to our table of the first entree to the last entree. During this time, we began to notice all the things about the restaurant that could be better. Also, I had noted on our reservation that were we celebrating my husband’s birthday and even got a response via email noting they received my message. On the evening of our dinner, it was not mentioned once. We live extremely close to the Silo Cookhouse and really wanted to love this restaurant - - sadly, I don’t think we will return. I want to feel special when dining out and The Silo Cookhouse fell short.
