Farm to table food & drink on the majestic grounds of The Horse Shoe Farm! We believe in communal dining and intentional hospitality. Open 7 days a week! Breakfast 8-10a | Lunch 11:30-2:30pm | Dinner 5-8:30pm.

The Silo Bar is open Sunday to Wednesday from 12-9pm and Thursday to Saturday from 12-10pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a beverage, game room, bonfire and sweeping Mt. Pisgah views! Please make your reservation time at the time you would like to be seated for dinner. **GF/V/Kids Menu Options available upon request.

You’ll have a chance to watch our culinary team in action as they prepare a curated 3 course meal featuring several dishes per course, plus a welcome reception before the meal and an interactive dessert. Silo Cookhouse is my go to restaurant for fabulous food and service! Whether it’s heading out with friends or entertaining out of town guests, Silo never disappoints!

What a delightful discovery! We enjoyed four small plates ranging from beets to lamb meatballs. The highlight of the meal had to be the potato frito. The shaved cheese delicately topping the cooked-just-right fingerling potatoes was a burst of goodness. Service was sincere and prompt. Dessert of banana Fosters cheesecake was the perfect sweet ending. And sitting by the wood fire outside after our meal was incredibly relaxing. Will definitely go back with friends!

It’s community seating so you’ll be sitting with people you don’t know. Definitely a unique place, If you like other people, you’ll probably enjoy it. The food and service are very good, and kind of expensive. We’ve been there twice. The first time it was pretty quiet, second time it got loud toward the end of our meal. Staff is very friendly and the grounds/view are beautiful. I gave four stars because it was very good.
