I was there for a business lunch on 9/25. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was amazing. I took family back on 11/8 and raved about the chicken parm I had 5 weeks earlier. 4 of the party of 7 ordered it based on my recommendation and it was terrible. Not even close to the same dish I had there on 9/25. The cheese was not even melted on top. Very disappointing. The meatball ferris wheel we ordered for the table was very good, so it wasn’t a total loss.

Manhattan and meatballs were superb! I would dine here again for these. After that, it fell a little….our pasta was inconsistent: some of ours was warm and perfectly cooked yet some of our parties pasta was mushy and cold. Child’s pizza was undercooked although free French fries were brought to the table (also cold). Service was middle of the road-we had to remind server of child’s drink several times, had to ask for a dessert menu, had to request take home containers after most dishes had been cleared by her. A little disappointing after previous stellar meals here.

We went to Sicilian Butcher in Peoria for my birthday. I had the Tomaso’s meatballs with Carbonara sauce on Creste De Gallo pasta. My husband had steak meatball with marinara sauce on sun dried tomato pasta. Our meals were fantastic! The meatballs had amazing flavor, the pasta cooked perfectly and the seasoning was perfect! Our server was wonderful and the manager came around to check on our meals. They treated me with a Tiramisu dessert since we were celebrating my birthday. Our friends enjoyed their meal as well. I feel the price for the meatball meals was very reasonable, especially when you consider the excellent quality and serving size. I brought home enough for a second meal. We will definitely come again!

It’s was really good, we enjoyed our dinner , for us it’s one and done type of restaurant. Definitely worth the visit.
