    Our first visit. Food was excellent. The service, not so much. Understaffed. Every employee was moving in slow motion. Took an hour to get our salad. Entree was brought out 30 minutes after the salad. Waiter was sweet but consistently disappeared throughout our visit. No manager on site that we could see or tell. We looked around and it appeared everyone was having the same experience.... people waiting for 30 minutes to get their drinks, long delay in food being brought out. Oddly enough, this restaurant doesn't serve bread unless it's ordered off the menu. So while you wait an hour to get your salad... there's no bread served in the way other Italian restaurants do. We won't be back.

    We had the garlic bread, bruschetta plate, meatball ferris wheel, and pepperoni pizza. The kids had the chicken Alfredo and spaghetti with meatballs. The food was absolutely amazing! We definitely over ordered. They brought the kids food put early, which was a nice touch, but the best part of the evening was the kitchen staff. We were lucky enough to sit in front of the windows, showing us all the kitchen activities. Our kids absolutely loved it, especially our 7 year old daughter. From the pasta making to the pizza flipping, she was absolutely enamored. She smiled and waved and truly enjoyed herself. The gentleman making the pasta was her favorite, and the feeling seemed to be mutual as he brought out some freshly made pasta for her to take home. We will definitely be back!

    We were a party of four. Service was terribly slow. It took ten minutes to be acknowledged and almost fifteen to get drinks (just wine & beer). Once we finally got our food, someone from the kitchen had to run it out two plates at a time so we were not served all at once. I have a feeling our order sat ready in the kitchen a while. The food (what was actually available) was phenomenal. We were disappointed that so many items, including all the specialty pasta, were out of stock. Our server was nice, but had five full tables, one of which was a large party. Management should reconsider the distribution of tables in order for this restaurant to be successful.

    No champagne or preserve, ran out of ice, no chefs specially Meatball, no cannoli. Asked for manager and she tried to repair our discontentment. She was the only highlight. Christmas Eve family dinner here was a disaster

    Food was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. I actually started to wonder if our waitress was intentionally ignoring us.
