This place is unique in concept and fantastic in quality. Not you standard Italian fare. The homemade pasta is very good and the meatball recipe’s are innovative.

Food is top notch, ambiance very good too. Our first server had to be replaced after not serving us for 15 mins. Kudos to the Assistant GM - Sabrina - for fixing that. Second server was very good. Would def want to go back for food and ambiance. I hope the ownership reads the many comments about service and fixes it as the service is a reason we may not return.

We sat at the outside bar and it was nice. The fan was blowing on us we loved it, the people next to us hated it. Got two custom pasta orders and the portions were great. The charcuterie board was really basic for the price and the establishment. Drinks were on point, didn’t wait long at all for our seats.

They honored our reservation within 15 minutes of arrival which is acceptable . Table placement was like a seat next to a busy street as it was adjacent to the kitchen in and out. Also, the glass doors leading to outdoor dining were wide open so we had flies visiting us and the outside heat. Finally, the waiter has a bunch to learn such as don’t leave the empty appetizer plate on the table for the entire meal and don’t bring the main dinner a couple minutes after bringing the appetizer. Prices are moderate and food was good. Probably won’t return since so many options for restaurants in Alliance

Have been here several times and the service and the food have been very good each time. The bakery is a fun stop for a treat to take home after a great meal.

We love most everything about the Sicilian Butcher from great tasting food and generally good service to the location, which is very good for us. I do wish the parking situation was a little better. Our only real complaint is actually the same as almost anywhere now... the price. The inflationary economy is making everything cost so much more. This is not a cheap family dinner, although we did order the flambeed cheese bread and a piece of cheesecake, so some of it was our fault! It was still quite enjoyable dinner with good friends.
