Really good food and well prepared. Lamb Ragu's really enjoyed at our table and my haddock and chips was fantastic.

We had booked as we were staying there for our Anniversary. We were greeted and seated promptly. The restaurant is clean and lovely and like the fact that you can watch the chefs preparing the meals. We were given a complementary glass of champagne for our celebration. Not quite sure how they knew. The food was very good, presented beautifully and was the perfect temperature. The menu is slightly limited which is fine but could be expanded to make it better. The waitress seemed to be a bit unsure of herself unlike her counterpart. She was pleasant and friendly none the less. Overall a very lovely evening for us.

Enjoyed a first class evening meal at The Shorecrest. Food was excellent, served piping hot & as ordered. Service was very efficient & courteous. Surroundings very comfortable. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and still it doesn’t disappoint. All the staff are great and attentive and always smiling. The food is lovely and the overall atmosphere is walking . Keep up the good work .

We went for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was very quiet and hence there was not much buzz about the room. However the service was excellent and the food very good. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality as there are several poor reviews about the restaurant which we didn’t experience. Overall a very pleasant experience

Menu differed from online, menu had no variety at restaurant, food was overpriced, tasteless and bland. However the service was very good.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately, I chose a dish that did not meet expectations. The Thai Crab Linguini had no discernible taste of Thailand or crab, despite the chef adding another portion of crab for me. Just a large helping of bland pasta. My husband did enjoy his moules frites so maybe I chose badly. The staff did not charge for my meal as I had obviously not eaten much of it or enjoyed what I did have.
