Hi everyone and welcome to The Ship Inn Caerleon. From intimate dinners for two, too large family parties, we have you covered. Our beer garden is having a 30K investment and will have all our little shipmates swinging and sliding to their hearts content! Dog friendly inside and out (must be on a lead at all times)....Loads of fun and great food available....7 days a week

Three different meals all served hot and quite quickly. Beef Bourginion didnt have very much beef, but the rest were delicious. The pub was very quiet and looked ready to close about 8pm, but we were finished by then anyway.

Not sure why when I booked the table you asked if it was for a special occasion, I said yes, it's our wedding anniversary... when we arrived there was no mention of it, staff were ok but didn't make much effort to see if we were satisfied with everything

Nice ambient atmosphere with a good selection of alcohol free drinks. The service was excellent and the young lady who looked after us was very friendly and professional.

Enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch here. Always generous and tasty. Lovely tender beef.

Shown straight to table, no waiting. Food cooked fresh. Staff very polite . Bonus was play area for children.

Excellent service from start to finish, waitress very helpful and looked after us well, food could have been a little hotter, but no complaints, 3 young boys in tow who loved the new play area, def visit again

Had no expectations and came here to re-visit an old haunt of my in-laws when they were alive. But so pleasantly surprised - super helpful and kind staff, excellent service, nice table area and great menu. We ate were sunday roasts and they were delicious - I highly recommend.

Nice outdoor play area for kids, Lots of space to eat and plenty of tables for food midweek Downsides the service was very slow, not enough staff, got our food order wrong had to wait for it to be changed after already waiting a long time for the meal in the first place. Over charged us for food we didn’t have . And overall the food was average . Sadly we won’t be returning such a shame as has the potential to be a lovely place to go locally
