This was a project born out of passion, by a few shellfish seafood lovers who wanted to bring with them that feeling of fulfillment you get from seafood restaurants from Continental Europe. Here at The Shell, we aim to bring you, the freshest and highest quality products straight from the producers and fishing boats for a very reasonable price to fulfill you seafood dreams.

Exceeded expectations. Food and service were great. I've already recommended the restaurant to friends and will absolutely be back.

The Shell is a great option for fresh seafood in good quantity. The platters are huge and varied. Service was friendly but not super effective and the surroundings are not the most exciting. All in all great value for great seafood!

Waiter was at us all the time and not that pleasant. Food was expensive Atmosphere poor... in fact there was no atmosphere. We will not be going back

Best value seafood restaurant in London. Friendly service, good atmosphere but they should change the music. Portion is big and meal deals are great. But tiramisu wasn’t that good.

We waited 1 hour for our entree of 12 oysters and only received it after chasing the waiters. We then waited a further 1 hour for our main which did not arrive (despite the waiters and manager knowing we were behind schedule due to the late entree) by which time we had to leave for a booking we had later in the evening. We watched every single table around us receive their food during this time. The manager did offer to waive the bill, which we declined as the oysters and wine we did receive were fine. Even so, I would not recommend this restaurant as I can’t comprehend how, after acknowledging they had messed up the entree, we were then made to wait a further hour watching others get served. It’s like they gave up on our table.
