We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food.

We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages. To go with your meal, we offer skillfully made, non-fussy cocktails, carefully selected wines, a plethora of beers, sours, and ciders on tap and a a robust non alcoholic selection. We top it all off with warm and knowledgeable service. At the Shambles, you can join us for a lovely date night, get together with friends OR choose to sit at the bar and get an ear full of cheesy jokes and unfiltered chatter We are serious about our service from top to bottom and we can’t wait to serve you!

We love this place! Service is professional and friendly. The HH is amazing! Aside from the meat, which is SO good, try all of the other options, like the little Gem Caesar and the beets. Try everything…it’s all original and tasty!

I personally think this place is a bit more expensive than what it's worth. We spent $20 less here than we did at a Michelin Star restaurant, with the same amount of food and drinks. The food was good, please don't think that I'm saying it was bad. It was good. But I just didn't think it's worth the price tag. Good experience though, we'll probably come back just because it's so close to where we live and the mushroom medley side was suuuuuuuper tasty!

Lovely place but you are seated family style. Can be a problem if you are seated with a noisy group which we were. Otherwise we had a great meal.

It was our first time at The Shambles. We had great service and phenomenal food! My dad who is a big foodie, was very impressed with everything. We will be returning!

We thought the place was quite nice. I was honestly surprised when my steak came pre-cut into slices… I've never had that before and it seems counterintuitive to the whole let your steak rest... absolutely great service and people!

Quality steak (in what I would label as French-style prep/execution), really solid sides, and a non-pretentious spot with very lovely staff/service.
