We made a reservation for two. When we arrived we were seated on a couch with a table. Not a good way to start. We waited the normal amount of time to order, it it took an hour for the food to arrive and during that time our drinks went dry and we didn’t see the server one time. The food finally arrived, it was hot and good enough. Nothing to brag or complain about. Interestingly enough, when we asked for the bill, the sever was on it like “white on rice”. He checked us out even before our plates were bussed. Needless to say, we won’t be back unless we have no other option.

Went on a match day, it was really really busy but they were well prepared , lots of staff available ,food and drink service was really quick!highly recommend !!

Great place for pre-match lunch if, like us, you are going to the Aviva. Staff are excellent and the food is simple and not extortionately priced. We had such a good time we re-booked and went back after the match too! Special word of appreciation for Gabrielle who looked after us. We’ll definitely be back.

What a pleasant evening at the Schoolhouse! The ambience was great with the dining area lively and vibrant for a Tuesday night. The butcher special of rabbit was truly something exquisite and my companion thoroughly enjoyed his wagyu burger also. The peach cobbler cocktail is also something worthy of mention as was the Sticky Toffee pudding for dessert. Our server Germano was so polite and courteous, a great evening overall.

Quiet, charming atmosphere. Had trouble understanding the server but made do. Listed in open table as French food but not the case

We had such a lovely time! The ambiance is cozy and quaint and very comfortable. The menu is imaginative and the food, delicious. Service was excellent. Glad we ate there.
