Nestled in Tequesta, lays a reimagined Florida bistro experience like you’ve never seen before. Utilizing classic European cooking techniques, rooted in tradition, and reimagining traditional French dishes with fresh and fun takes on classic bistro faire.

Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice our bar and lounge equipped with oversized couches and plush accent chairs providing the perfect space to enjoy our happy hour bites menu our original and tropical easy drinking “Florida Cocktails".

With a chef-driven menu highlighting our scratch kitchen including housemade charcuteries, pastas, local vegetables, ice cream. The recipes by chef & managing partner David Chapman combine a unique approach of David’s French, Italian, and vegetarian cooking backgrounds presented in a simple, but clean and elegant style of plating.

Through David’s travels and running Michelin rated restaurants in Chicago, he has always kept the same philosophy “high quality ingredients equal high quality dishes.”

We decided to celebrate a day early for Valentine’s and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The atmosphere, service, appetizers, and entrées were all exceptional. Salty is a hidden gem in Tequesta, offering a chic and inviting ambiance. We’re already looking forward to trying the prix fixe dining next time!

What a wonderful addition to Tequesta! We had a lovely Galentines night, creative cocktails, delicious meal. Will definitely return!!

We had a girl’s night out and the service and food were great. The four of us shared several dishes and the staff could not have been more accommodating.

Dining here was an excellent experience except please note that our reservation online was made for outdoor patio dining which did not exist.

Our first experience at The Salty Zebra was amazing. We had the mushroom pate for an appetizer. It was a 10 out of 10. They also brought out extra bread when we ran out of the initial bread. My husband had the red snapper for dinner and I had the special which was swordfish. They both tasted amazing. The plating was also beautiful. For dessert we had the chocolate tart. To top it off our server Kayla was incredibly friendly and attentive. The Salty Zebra was a great find!

This was our first visit at the Salty Zebra. The food was good but over priced for the portion of fish on my dish. There are alot of other local restaurants that give you a generous portion of fresh fish. The lamb meatball entree are appetizer size but they were delicious. The manger walked past various tables and checked in with those patrons but not our table.
