The Saint offers a fresh, Italian-inspired menu, highlighted by dry-aged meat and
chops, fresh pasta made in-house, by Chef Jacob Williamson. The Saint offers Complimentary Valet Parking on site. The beverage program showcases inventive spins on classic cocktails, with house-made syrups and tonics, as well as a robust wine menu with Italian wine and California reds. The overall design is inspired by a “saints and sinners” theme, featuring a modern art influence with contrasting moods, accomplished by using materials and design, such as wood and steel as well as bright and dark color tones.

I was extremely hopeful that I found a hidden gem - the nondescript building and interior design I saw online excited me. While the service was good (I sat at the bar – a thing I love to do), I felt that the vibe was a little too club-like and that the food was just so-so. Ordinarily this wouldn't be something that would spur me to write a review (I almost never write these), but for the prices they ask I would not go again and would probably advise against going, unless you wanted a fancy but fair fuel-up before hitting the adjacent clubs.

The saint was over all 10/10 food, service , bang for buck everything. This is definitely being added to the list of my favorites in dallas!

Overall an excellent experience in food taste, quality and ambiance of the Saint. Steak had a ton of flavors and the carbonara pasta was delicious! Will be returning soon.

I want to love this place cause it really does look unique and fabulous on the inside. Unfortunately, it left me wanting so much more. Everything "looks" great... but the food lacks substance, flavor, texture, personality, and pretty much everything you'd expect from $50+ a plate. It reminds me of the philosophy adopted by many Vegas restaurants: Look fabulous to get the guests in the building, but then feed them poor-quality food to maximize margin. "It's OK, they're tourists, they won't be back." If you're a foodie, or live in Dallas, take a pass. If you want to take some photos, pretend you're in Vegas, spend Vegas $, and walk away feeling like a tourist trap just bit you, go for it. I love Vegas.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was meticulously curated. The valet service was friendly and efficient, handling our car with care, setting a positive tone for the evening. As we entered the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the host, who promptly seated us at our table. The ambiance of The Saint immediately stood out—sophisticated yet inviting, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and classic charm. The decor, lighting, and overall vibe create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and comfortable, making it ideal for any special occasion. Our meal began with a round of expertly crafted cocktails and a well-chosen bottle of wine. The drinks menu at The Saint is impressive, featuring a thoughtful selection of wines and creative cocktails that cater to a wide range of preferences. We decided to start with the whipped ricotta and the Caesar salad. The whipped ricotta was a revelation—beautifully presented with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chili crunch, it was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. The texture was incredibly smooth, and it paired wonderfully with the accompanying bread. The Caesar salad was also excellent, with crisp lettuce, a tangy dressing, and just the right amount of Parmesan.

Third time back to the Saint and never been a disappointment! Came here for business. Drinks were great. Tried to foie gras/brisket ravioli…wow! Maybe the best dish I’ve had there. Whipped ricotta app is always a must.

LOVE The Saint!! I’ve been twice in the last 2 weeks since I discovered this gem. I live an hour away and it’s been well worth the drive each time!! Fantastic food, fantastic service and beautiful aesthetics. Can’t ask for more!!

Great place to dine! Tomahawk steak was great! Sides are exceptional. The old fashionable drink is a great cocktail as well.
