Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

I visited The Ruxton yesterday for my sister’s birthday. We had a wonderful experience. From the hostess to the bartender (we sat at the bar waiting for our party) to our amazing waiter Shane! The manager spoke with us and was delightful. The food was delicious. Appetizers were fried green tomatoes, the shrimp cocktail and caviar tots. Dinner was crab cakes, salmon and chilean sea bass. All Devine. I must give extra kudos to our waiter Shane. He made the experience even more special. He was so knowledgeable about the dishes which made our decision making that much easier. My sis received a complimentary glass of champagne as well as the most delicious Lemon meringue cheesecake slice with marshmallow topping. I honestly do not have any negative comments.

Food was very good, service as well. We were disappointed that the dress code that was on the website was not enforced. We would go back in the future.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I found it off of Instagram and decided to take my best friend with me and I tell you not only the atmosphere; but the service, our waiter Wendy and the food was immaculate. We loved everything about it and to even get a small tour of the restaurant because I am thinking about doing a few events here was superb. Definitely going back again very soon. Thank you!!!!

Food and service was phenomenal. The negative is if am I paying a high price for a meal then the clientele should reflect that with at least some sort of dress code.

My family and I dined at The Ruxton last night. It was one of the best experiences We have ever had at a fine restaurant. Our waitress, Bria (I think that is how you spell it) was attentive and an overall wonderful server. She definitely added to our experience being wonderful. We got to enjoy various types of dishes to fully experience the restaurant. Each one was so unique and delicious… We will definitely be back!

Dinner service was slower than normally, but everything was great, Brianna provided outstanding customer service. The lamb chops were fantastic, as well as the salmon.

Our dining experience at The Ruxton was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service and culinary expertise of Patrick. From start to finish, every dish was a masterpiece, and Patrick's contributions as both our sommelier and server made the evening unforgettable. The ceviche was an excellent start, boasting just the right amount of heat to tantalize our taste buds. The lemon butter prawns with confit tomatoes and smoked trout roe were divine, a perfect blend of flavors and textures that left us wanting more. This dish was a testament to Patrick's skill in curating a meal that delights the senses. My wife was equally impressed with the miso honey glazed Chilean sea bass. The tomato dashi, summer squash, and Katsuo bushi elevated the dish to a whole new level of flavor, showcasing the kitchen's prowess in preparing seafood. I opted for the chicken fried twin lobster tails with Nashville honey butter. The lobster was perfectly cooked, and the honey butter, loaded with red pepper flakes, added a delightful kick. Each bite was a harmonious blend of sweetness and spice. Patrick's service was exceptional. Not only did he expertly pair wines with each course, but he also crafted a unique dessert that was simply out of this world. The ice cream topped with Sherry was a delightful end to a perfect meal. We will undoubtedly return to The Ruxton, not just for the fabulous food but for the amazing service. Patrick's ability to enhance our dining experience with his recommendations and personal touches makes him a standout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an extraordinary dining adventure!
