Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Beautiful restaurant. The staff there were amazing. Nikki and Shane are very knowledgeable and friendly! We had a beautiful time celebrating my friend birthday! We will definitely be back soon.

I had a great experience at the new steakhouse The Ruxton. The ambiance and environment was very clean and welcoming. Staff was amazing! The food was great I really enjoyed the chargrilled oysters they were my favorite! I would definitely recommend

Overall one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The place is gorgeous, our server was knowledgeable and attentive, and the food was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back when in town!!

we arrived a bit early, but they were able to seat us right away. Wait staff was wonderful, and our meal was perfect. They even surprised us with a cake and candle for my Husbands birthday.

Demetrius was fantastic, as was everyone we met! They treated us with the upmost respect and hospitality! Our food was delicious which made the whole experience perfect! The warm butter cake was to die for, so please do yourself a favor and order that for dessert! Thank you again Demetrius and all of our friends at The Ruxton, we will most definitely be back!

Chef Austin makes sure The food is delicious and impeccably presented . Our server Shane made the dining experience even more fantastic. Go to this place if you want yummy AF food and great vibes

Went to the Ruxton for my birthday dinner...and it was AMAZING! They were so accommodating and professional! They even gave me a birthday card with champagne and cake! The staff was so professional and had so much patience with us! The only downside(and its just for me) the food was a little salty...they put salt flakes on almost everything. Outside of that food, drinks service CHEFS KISS!

The food was absolutely delicious!!!! The staff was outstanding and attentive. From the host stand to the service staff, the knowledge and recommendations of the menu were on point. The managers were working the floor and took care of any concerns immediately. I highly recommend the Ruxton!!! Now you’re going to pay, but it was worth every penny. I will be returning soon….
